Looking to build strength, boost endurance, and feel more energised? Our Multiple Fitness & Strength classes offer dynamic workouts designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. These classes focus on a balanced mix of exercises to help you increase muscle strength, improve cardio health, and enhance overall body function.
We offer a range of different packages which vary from as little as £3 per session depending on the package bought.
Single session drop ins and Friday’s BEAST MODE session are £7.50; please note that Fridays session is not included in any package.
